I posted my opinion on Jim’s actual comment section of the post, LOL. don’t need to repeat my thoughts.
It must be stated before I start laying waste to myths about exercise – I’m not a doctor. I don’t recommend someone trying to run a marathon right off of the couch, though I’m sure that’s been done before by someone a whole lot crazier (or more dedicated) than me.
Let’s, for fun, explore a few myths associated with exercise. Nothing gets me fired up more than someone trying to convince me that I’m “lucky” that I’m trim and that they lack the ability to so much as go for a bike ride for one reason or another. Have you seen the book “Which Comes First, Cardio or Weights?: Fitness Myths, Training Truths, and Other Surprising Discoveries from the Science of Exercise”?
It’s pretty good. It was given to me by my witch doctor (aka physiotherapist, pro athlete, exercise guru).

No, I have not heard of it, I will look into it, seems interesting since it kind of goes along with Jim’s myths post. Have you finished reading the whole book?

Not yet. I checked out the parts I was most interested in. Too many books not enough time.

Make more time, lol Easier said than done, I know the feeling. I haven’t picked up a book in ages, outside of my personal training book 😛 doesn’t count
