“it is solely my responsibility to look as perfect as her, to be as good looking as her, to be just like her.. because being myself sucks”. I was young I didn’t know anything about health & fitness to the same extent as I do now.  I was active as a child, outside was my playground & my friends all looked like me; free, smiling and weird.  I never stopped to ask myself If I was happy being who I am because they were happy for me.  Middle school was innocent til 7th grade came around & everyone paid more attention to their outer appearance, but I was stuck with who I was. You can assume I have a love for fitness & a love for Wonderwoman -- both assumptions are correct. I am an ACSM certified personal trainer of 8+ years -- I currently reside in Ohio and live a simplistic life at the age of 29. If I am not lifting, I am eating, sleeping, traveling, exploring, or movie watching. I recently moved during a pandemic, now I am focused on self care (self love), building a business of my own in personal training, becoming a professional blogger, starting a podcast and doing things that make me happy! I am a sister, daughter, and loyal friend --- I love everyone's dog and I am on a mission to pet as many dogs as possible everywhere I go! LOL. My mission is to talk health (physical/mental), design programming, motivational speak, learn, grow, prosper, build others and make as many people smile as possible because I want nothing more than to be the change I seek in the world.

  1. Thank you for being vulnerable. It’s life changing to come into loving oneself as we are. One thing I often remind myself is not to worry about what other people are thinking because most of the time they’re not.

  2. Try being a guy with that same skinny problem. The neighborhood older kids used to call me cambo when we played baseball in my buddy’s back yard…. “Because I was skinny as a Cambodian”.

Of course, one or two are dead because of lifestyle choices.

Either way, kids are cruel. I’m just glad, in the end, I didn’t stay in that.

    1. Yes, kids are cruel. Omg, have you seen the way men get treated now for being skinny, I mean seriously. Every since lifting became the world’s business, if a guy doesn’t lift weights, he gets shitted on, I have seen it.
