This is my first time receiving this award from anyone and I feel very good about it. I think it means many things, and it means I pretty much can do whatever .. I don’t just stick with whatever, but I adapt to change – this is something I had to learn to do over the years. I appreciate the fact that one of my favorite bloggers (I have others, don’t get jealous) Thehangryrunner nominated me. She has been wonderful to speak with and since giving her topic ideas, I have been keeping her hands busy with creating more post! Doing a great job, keep at it 🙂
The rules state:
- Thank the person that nominated you and include a link to their blog.
- Nominate at least 15 blogs of your choice.
- Link your nominees and let them know of your nomination. (OK this is what I’m bad at so I hope I got everyone)
- Share 7 facts about yourself!
but I do thinks my way usually. lol
7 Fact About Me:
- My social life is very small, I used to have a huge circle of friends and what not, but since being very busy, kicking people out of my life and focusing on things that I didn’t have time to do because I was partying really hard and forgetting about priorities, I have since decided that I like it small and if it grows it grows because I allow people to come in that are worth my emotions, time and patience who support me and not hinder me.
- I don’t naturally like speaking with people over the phone, but when I do, it has to be not weird, otherwise I tend to shrink up in a ball and mumble. Although I am getting better at handling this! lol – I don’t really shrink up, but I hate the awkward silences >.< talk people, talk!
- I just recently started doing meditation, it came to me when someone threw me the idea and I have been wanting to try it for a while. So far, so good.
- My friends and family think I am a HORRIBLE driver, but I disagree. One of my friends sent me a text saying “why do you drive like you are transporting high grade explosives” lol.
- I dance in my car. I typically will do it all the time, everyday and I don’t care who sees me doing it. – I am also known for singing in my car too!
- I very competitive, I have been an athlete all my life, so when it comes to board games, video games, sports, etc.. I always aim to win and I am a horrible loser.. If I lose, chances are you should leave the room. just a rule of thumb.
- I am not a true buckeye fan, but I pretend to be.. 🙂 – I always choose MI because I like their colors more! hahaha .. yes I am THAT person. sorry, not sorry.

Congrats on the award! You totally deserve it 🙂
Hahaha your answers are awesome! I’m also a pretty horrible driver which is why I don’t have a license yet! Lol jk it’s just taking forever to get the license! 😭

Hahahaha! hey I am not a horrible driver! lmfao. leave me alone 🙂 there is no proof of my driving.
Also, thank you 🙂 You are going to get a license? I think you should warn the city first, so they know what kind of driver they will be dealing with. 😛

Lol sure you’re a good driver…
Hahah yeah I still haven’t got my license but I hope they are done making it soon. Hahah don’t worry everyone in Kenya drives like that and no one follows driving laws here so they won’t even flinch when I drive by. Lol your driving would probably be considered too law abiding and you’ll get yelled at by other drivers for going too slow 😂

Hahaha! do people really drive crazy there? jeez. I would probably lose it, lol.I would be the granny driver of the city. Do you drive on the left or right side of the road? Also, do the officers not care about bad driving? are there many accidents that happen because of driving?

Yeah everyone drives like crazy especially my mum! Lol. Yeah you would probably get into some nasty fights. I remember once when I was driving this old man kept hooting at me and was just like drive faster and I was like come on your so old.
We drive on the left side here. What side of the road do you drive on??
Ummm to be honest no one cares about the traffic officers cos everyone just bribes them and usually they make things worse and make so much traffic on roads. I hate driving when they’re there.
Yeah there are so many accidents because of bad driving and lots of people die which is sad.

Bahahah your mom drives crazy too? oh jeez. I suppose that is the only way to manage your roads, to be a crazy driver. LOL.
We drive on the right side of the road here. Ohh goodness, driving on the left would mess me all up, I am so used to driving on the right side. lol.
Haha no one cares about traffic officers, oh goodness. Your officers are much better than ours then, most of ours cannot be bribed, although there are some.. ugh. lol.

Yeah I usually try to avoid driving with my mum cos she’s terrifying on the road and keeps yelling! Lol. I used to walk everywhere before but it’s kind of gotten dangerous to walk these days which sucks.
Oh man driving on the right side seems so weird to me. I guess I’ll have to get used to it though. Do they drive on the right side in Canada too??
Yeah most traffic officers are pretty useless and only stop cars to get bribes too which is so annoying. I usually just tell them I’m 19 do you really expect me to have money with me? Lol try to bribe some and see what happens! Jk don’t I don’t want you to get in trouble because of me! 😂🤣

Your mom should be a race car driver, lol she has the need for speed!
Yes, walking would be nice here as well, people walk but I can’t walk to work, I could walk to a nearby store but I don’t lmao!
Good question, I am not sure if they do or not in Canada, I like to think they do drive on the right side, but not really sure.
Yes, at 19,I do expect you to have money! xD lol. That is funny though. Yeah I will bribe them my fist in their face – nevermind, I won’t lol don’t want to be in jail or handcuffed.

Lol more like she’s got the need to yell at random people on the road and swear at them in like 5 languages!
Yeah walking is fun as long as you don’t get kidnapped/killed/mugged.
Hmmmm Canada might be a little tricky then. Well I’ll just like Uber everywhere so I don’t have to drive. And I want to visit the US during my uni holidays so I can meet up with some friends who went to the US.
Lol bribing is actually fun to negotiate and there’s like 2 minutes where you’re just yelling at each other. Hahah yeah jail does not sound very appealing 😂

You know what Uber is? do you have Uber in Kenya too? lol wow, I am kind of shocked someone from a different counrty has heard of Uber, lmao.

Lol omg Americans have the weirdest stereotypes about Africa! Of course we have Ubers and use them all the time!! Although we prefer riding elephants and lions! Jk 😂😂

Hahahahah! we do have many stereotypes about Africa, weird how you have Ubers, I will have to let people I know this information. 😛 lmao

Lol yes and let them also know we have electricity and water most of the time too! Oh and we don’t live in huts either 😅😅
LikeLiked by 1 person
You seriously don’t live in huts? What!!!!
LikeLiked by 1 person
Yeah there are houses here!! Can you believe that?? And people know English!! 😂😂
LikeLiked by 1 person
Hahah actually that is hard to believe, not going to lie. So no one lives in huts anymore? wow.
LikeLiked by 1 person
Nope no one lives in huts anymore. Well many villagers do but I’ve never seen anyone living in a hut
LikeLiked by 1 person
Hahaha! why don’t you live in a hut? have you ever lived in one?
LikeLiked by 1 person
Nope I’ve never lived in a hut but I’ve been inside a few of them when we had a field trip to a place that’s kept the way it used to be before colonisation. It was very interesting and the hut wasn’t so bad minus all the mosquitos!

Oh wow! Hmm, I have always wondered what living in a hut would be like, ya know. It is always shown on our TV’s of people in Africa inside huts, lol. Pretty stereotypical of them to do this if it isn’t always true or rarely done anymore.

Hahaha staying in a hut is actually fun these days because on a lot of resorts and hotels in Kenya they actually let you stay in a hut. But they aren’t the kind of stereotypical huts you guys see I guess because they have running water and electricity and everything. Lol yeah most Western countries have very stereotypical views about Africa and Africans even though most of them aren’t true anymore but I guess we kind of have stereotypical views of Americans too sometimes.

What are your views on Americans?
Huts have running water and electricity!?! what?! lol. wow that is very different then, I would have never known that,

Ummm well when I was younger I thought foreigners were mean cos I had a bad experience with one but I soon realised they were actually nice, well most of them anyway. And I guess a lot of people think Americans are kind of blonde (lol sorry) and that things in America are cheaper and better (which is kind of true).
Yeah I mean these are the huts designed specifically by resorts for tourists and mostly foreigners so they are very posh and beautiful. The ones you guys see on TV are quite the opposite though.

Oh wow! lol well some of us are “blond” and clueless, no offense taken 😀 I am not blond though, I just have my moments! haha.
Ahh okay, so the huts are like the lavish lifestyle vs the poor looking ones I see on my screen.

Hahaha don’t worry you are definitely not blonde! It’s just a silly stereotype I mean everyone is blonde in a way!
Yeah they are really beautiful huts and quite expensive too but the ones you see on TV are probably from the really poor villages that they made themselves.
