How does uncertainty make you feel?
- I don’t like the feeling; it gives me anxiety & causes me stress or to be overwhelmed.

You can assume I have a love for fitness & a love for Wonderwoman -- both assumptions are correct.
I am an ACSM certified personal trainer of 8+ years -- I currently reside in Ohio and live a simplistic life at the age of 29. If I am not lifting, I am eating, sleeping, traveling, exploring, or movie watching. I recently moved during a pandemic, now I am focused on self care (self love), building a business of my own in personal training, becoming a professional blogger, starting a podcast and doing things that make me happy! I am a sister, daughter, and loyal friend --- I love everyone's dog and I am on a mission to pet as many dogs as possible everywhere I go! LOL.
My mission is to talk health (physical/mental), design programming, motivational speak, learn, grow, prosper, build others and make as many people smile as possible because I want nothing more than to be the change I seek in the world.

Now this is one aspect of life that I do well in. Fear is a funny thing. I could go on for a while about this one.
Instead, one question; what good does being afraid or nervous do you? What good is worrying?
The short answer is nothing. Think about that a bit. Your anxiety does nothing for you. I ignore it. I have to take a moment to compose myself now and again, but for the most part, I just ignore it. Try it. You’ll like it.

You have anxiety Jim, I don’t believe I knew this about you.
Everyone has anxiety. It’s what we do with it that counts.
I dont think anyone is great with uncertainty. We just have to believe we can handle whatever comes our way. 🙄😚
Which is hard to do, sometimes I think I can be ready for anything due to how much I have already been through, but it never ceases to amaze me how unready it turns out I am.

I think we will always be unready. But knowing we have got through it x times and we have a bit of a formulae to use each time.
Life hey 🙄
