Push Up Challenge, day 9

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQS0_C5WHCk

Hey everyone,

Today I did not make it to the gym to do a workout because I wussed out because it snowed all day yesterday and I didn’t feel like going through the steps and driving to the gym. oops. I know, I know, no excuses. LOL. I did my push up challenge at home instead and will do my at home workout as well.. to make sure I get some form of exercise in today. Today was 12 reps. I breezed through it on video, but I was really pacing myself. lol.

March will start your push up challenge, if you are interested in doing the push up challenge I will have in March, email me at Shay.moss19@gmail.com and let me know:) looking forward to seeing all of you doing one as well. I will be creating a video and blog post talking more about the push up challenge in about a week or so, so that many will hopefully see the post and want to sign up!

Thank you to all those competing in my squat challenge, you have made it to 100 reps today and I am so happy and excited for you, all of you have been doing amazing, keep it up!

    1. Hello,
Thank you for stopping by and I am not very informed on that ailment, but I will do some research on it, so I can understand it and if I can help, I don’t mind giving you any tips you may need 🙂

    2. Hello, I have been researching the ailment you have and decided to research it going about a different way. I decided to find blogs where someone who has experienced it would be able to give exercises that helped them through the process, one of the links I found is: http://inspiredrd.com/2013/11/5-exercises-to-heal-diastasis/

Also another one I found: https://breakingmuscle.com/learn/12-weeks-of-workouts-to-rebuild-after-diastasis-recti

Now I know you probably have googled things on your own time about it, and maybe you have seen both of these sites, but I tried to find ones where the women have experienced it and were able to help.

I do know that the exercises are supposed to pull in and not push out (which would make it worse). I am glad I was able to look at this ailment, because it was very new to me, but hopefully both of these sites/blogs will help give you mote insight, obviously a medical doctor before starting any new exercises is best.
