What are your views on eating whey protein vs drinking it (powder form)
Well personally I have only ever drank it (powder form) and usually never with water but some kind of almond milk mixed with it.. & I don’t drink protein power regularly, because sometimes I get enough protein in my diet where I don’t need to. I know some people like drinking it everyday and that is what it is, but I only find it necessary if I am not getting enough through my foods. I have never eaten it, so I am not sure as far as taste .. or if it does better, but that would be something I am willing to try.. sometime. Good question 🙂
