You can assume I have a love for fitness & a love for Wonderwoman -- both assumptions are correct. I am an ACSM certified personal trainer of 8+ years -- I currently reside in Ohio and live a simplistic life at the age of 29. If I am not lifting, I am eating, sleeping, traveling, exploring, or movie watching. I recently moved during a pandemic, now I am focused on self care (self love), building a business of my own in personal training, becoming a professional blogger, starting a podcast and doing things that make me happy! I did, my fourth went over very well.
My family had a small get together this year and we bbq 😀

Aww that’s so nice! I love how people in the US have BBQ’s and get-togethers! I’ve literally never been to a BBQ because I don’t think people in Kenya really have that- at least no one I know has ever had one!

Ahh this is interesting. I didn’t realize your country does not have bbqs. Well they are nice to have in the summer time. I love the food and social community that comes with them usually.

Yeah they seem very fun in movies and from what I’ve heard from other people! My friend (who’s from the US) was telling me about how they used to have BBQ’s every 4th of July when she lived in Texas and it sounded super fun!
