You can assume I have a love for fitness & a love for Wonderwoman -- both assumptions are correct. I am an ACSM certified personal trainer of 8+ years -- I currently reside in Ohio and live a simplistic life at the age of 29. If I am not lifting, I am eating, sleeping, traveling, exploring, or movie watching. I recently moved during a pandemic, now I am focused on self care (self love), building a business of my own in personal training, becoming a professional blogger, starting a podcast and doing things that make me happy! I am a sister, daughter, and loyal friend --- I love everyone's dog and I am on a mission to pet as many dogs as possible everywhere I go! LOL. My mission is to talk health (physical/mental), design programming, motivational speak, learn, grow, prosper, build others and make as many people smile as possible because I want nothing more than to be the change I seek in the world.

  1. Happy coming out day 🏳‍🌈!!! I’m trying to be a part of the LGBTQ club at my university but ironically it seems hard to become a part of it. It’s a club that helps bring awareness about the LGBTQ+ and I emailed them but they don’t seem responsive 😭 I’ve also made a promise to myself to be more open about my sexuality and not be ashamed of who I am which is easier in Canada because most people seem very open and excepting. It’s hard sometimes because you don’t know how people are going to react but in my opinion if they can’t accept me for who I am I don’t want to be friends with them anyway.

    1. Wow! that is awesome! I did not know you will be trying to be part of that group/club, sounds like a great idea, I would love for the experience myself 🙂

Keep emailing them or whatever, it may take time but it may be worth the time. I don’t believe you have ever expressed your sexuality with me, this is new to me. & agreed, not everyone is worthy of making a stamp on our lives. Are you just experimenting with your sexuality or just always knew but haven’t been comfortable expressing it?

    2. Yeah I have known almost all my life that I was attracted to both genders but I never really talked much about it on the blog or with a lot of people. But I was thinking more about it recently and realised I’m not bi I’m actually pansexual. And recently I decided that I’m going to be more open about my sexuality because it’s nothing to be ashamed of and it’s a part of who I am. Plus it’s easier in Canada because there’s a huge LGBT+ community here and everyone is really accepting!
Yeah I think I’ll keep emailing them or try to talk to someone in person because I really want to be a part of the club and help spread awareness.

    3. Really? pansexual? I have heard of it and have done my looking up of it 🙂 I belong to a LGBT+ facebook group (with only females) and I have learned some things in that group about my sexuality and other people’s as well. I am so happy you are deciding to come out a little bit about your sexuality, especially since you are pansexual which not a lot of people understand fully both within and outside of the gay community. This is also awesome for me, because I feel like we have something to talk about that we can relate to and that is being part of the LGBT+ community.

    4. Yeah I feel like not a lot of people are really aware of pansexuality even in the LGBT+ community and even in pretty liberal countries. But that was one of the main reasons I wanted to join the club because I feel like we’re the least represented and it would be nice to share my story and stuff. I mean it may just help people out.
Yeah it’s super cool cos now we can talk about it and I feel like I can probably learn more now that I’m more open about it!

    5. Yes, true this. I don’t know a whole lot about many things in the LGBT community myself, but I mean it is neat to learn new things and to broadcast your own experience around like-minded individuals. However, I do feel like many times we come up with names and it gets to be very confusing – I don’t mind that everyone has their own identity but when it comes to just adding new names to the group just because someone doesn’t want to fit into the other labels.. it gets to be kind of overwhelming most times.

    6. Yeah I definitely agree with that. I feel like these days there are very specific names for like literally every type of sexuality which is find like it’s great people know who they are but it does end up being overwhelming!
