What is the biggest decision you’ve ever had to make?
- I’d say I haven’t yet made a huge decision, but in the coming year, I know one of the biggest decisions I will have to make is moving to a bigger city within the state I currently reside in; that will be away from everything I know — friends, family and comfort. It will be starting over and finding my way on my own, with hopes it works out. While my heart is set on possibly moving to Columbus, OH — I have found that many other cities in Ohio and within other states would/could offer me bigger and better opportunities & I have to keep that in mind if I was to be successful and happy.

You can assume I have a love for fitness & a love for Wonderwoman -- both assumptions are correct.
I am an ACSM certified personal trainer of 8+ years -- I currently reside in Ohio and live a simplistic life at the age of 29. If I am not lifting, I am eating, sleeping, traveling, exploring, or movie watching. I recently moved during a pandemic, now I am focused on self care (self love), building a business of my own in personal training, becoming a professional blogger, starting a podcast and doing things that make me happy! I am a sister, daughter, and loyal friend --- I love everyone's dog and I am on a mission to pet as many dogs as possible everywhere I go! LOL.
My mission is to talk health (physical/mental), design programming, motivational speak, learn, grow, prosper, build others and make as many people smile as possible because I want nothing more than to be the change I seek in the world.

I have been good, been busy myself, having to run a gym on my own because the owner will be out of state for a couple of weeks and also holding a second job and trying to fit in writing and other obligations, so yes extremely busy and tired most days of the week

Wow that sounds crazy busy! I mean it must be great getting the experience of running the gym and stuff but it must also be super hectic!

Yes, very hectic, especially since it is under new ownership now and it more pressed for sales and stuff than it was when I first got started. I like having responsibility but I dont want to be burnt out on doing so, if that makes sense. I love fitness/health and working at a gym but I don’t want to lose my love and passion for it due to working so much and being stressed or tired.

Yeah that makes sense and I get what you mean. Too much of something even something you really enjoy doing can make you hate it.
