You can assume I have a love for fitness & a love for Wonderwoman -- both assumptions are correct.
I am an ACSM certified personal trainer of 8+ years -- I currently reside in Ohio and live a simplistic life at the age of 29. If I am not lifting, I am eating, sleeping, traveling, exploring, or movie watching. I recently moved during a pandemic, now I am focused on self care (self love), building a business of my own in personal training, becoming a professional blogger, starting a podcast and doing things that make me happy! I am a sister, daughter, and loyal friend --- I love everyone's dog and I am on a mission to pet as many dogs as possible everywhere I go! LOL.
My mission is to talk health (physical/mental), design programming, motivational speak, learn, grow, prosper, build others and make as many people smile as possible because I want nothing more than to be the change I seek in the world.

I love the knowledge you provide here and can’t wait to take a look when I get home.
I’m surprised at how quick your blog loaded on my

A lot of people don’t realise how much of an impact you can make in someone’s life. A few words of motivation can save someone and a few harsh words can really ruin someone’s life. Words are very powerful and they can really stick onto someone’s unconscious and impact their lives. I totally agree that helping someone out and showing kindness to someone does come back to you and it has an impact on your life too. People remember when someone helps them out and you may not immediately see what a difference you’ve made or it may not immediately come back to you but it will someday.

I agree. I have known people to go through some real physical and sexual abuse and it can burn them down, for sure, no doubt but when it comes to dealing with ridicule and mentally being fucked with, they say it causes much worse. I find that, everyone has their flaws regardless of how fit they are, they have flaws – some that are obvious and some not so obvious but with flaws comes vulnerability and anytime to hit someone with words that can make them rethink their journey or rethink their own beauty, it can definitely do some damage from my own experiences

Yeah from my experience too I can definitely say words are very powerful! I have had a hard time because I’m already a sensitive person as it is. That’s why I always try to be positive and help others no matter what.

You are sensitive but you always bully me on Instagram about remembering to mention my Tshirt size, lol
