“Have you bounced back from setbacks”

Published by WonderWoman & Fit

You can assume I have a love for fitness & a love for Wonderwoman -- both assumptions are correct. I am an ACSM certified personal trainer of 8+ years -- I currently reside in Ohio and live a simplistic life at the age of 29. If I am not lifting, I am eating, sleeping, traveling, exploring, or movie watching. I recently moved during a pandemic, now I am focused on self care (self love), building a business of my own in personal training, becoming a professional blogger, starting a podcast and doing things that make me happy! I am a sister, daughter, and loyal friend --- I love everyone's dog and I am on a mission to pet as many dogs as possible everywhere I go! LOL. My mission is to talk health (physical/mental), design programming, motivational speak, learn, grow, prosper, build others and make as many people smile as possible because I want nothing more than to be the change I seek in the world.

  1. Dear Shay-lon, You are truly wise, and actually listening to this video of your’s has actually answered the question I asked you on my blog. I must say miss Shay-lon you are amazing for a young one, you are consistent with all your social media, you are wise in both exercise and emotions.

So Set backs, yes you are right and there will always be set backs. But, please never think you won’t bounce back from them in the future – don’t send that vibe to the universe. The Law of Attraction works for both positive and negative. Sometime the bounce back can take days, weeks, months and years, but you will can can alway bounce back. It is a matter of will and mind power. Not bouncing back is when we are so broken and fed up that we feel we cant. But we can and we should never be so unkind to our self and we should always try. So, if you keep up for fitness, and meditation, and positive thinking, and pick yourself up and believe in you and god – you can so pick yourself up each and every time and become stronger. So my dear friend – no matter what happens in the future you will bounce back cause we ain’t made to stay frozen in time, we got a lot life to live.

Sorry for the long comment. Bella

    1. Bella,
I appreciate your kind words and sharing you own opinion on setbacks because the truth is.. Most people have them and not a lot of them are able to handle them.. Hints why we have suicide awareness, etc which is painfully said. I have no idea what my future holds but I’m hoping that whatever obstacles may come my way, I’ll be able to bounce back in little to no time. I have had people tell me to be gentle and kind to myself and at first I didn’t care to hear it but when I went through this recent break-up, I finally knew what they meant by it because I wasn’t being gentle nor kind to myself. I have high emotions in most cases and sometimes they get in the way of things but I’m going to work on it and I am going to hopefully find a day and time to meditate again to help bring me peace and relaxation. I will continue to look up at success instead of downward at fall backs and I hope you do too my friend.
