You can assume I have a love for fitness & a love for Wonderwoman -- both assumptions are correct. I am an ACSM certified personal trainer of 8+ years -- I currently reside in Ohio and live a simplistic life at the age of 29. If I am not lifting, I am eating, sleeping, traveling, exploring, or movie watching. I recently moved during a pandemic, now I am focused on self care (self love), building a business of my own in personal training, becoming a professional blogger, starting a podcast and doing things that make me happy! I am a sister, daughter, and loyal friend --- I love everyone's dog and I am on a mission to pet as many dogs as possible everywhere I go! LOL. My mission is to talk health (physical/mental), design programming, motivational speak, learn, grow, prosper, build others and make as many people smile as possible because I want nothing more than to be the change I seek in the world.

    1. Thank you so much for watching the video and commenting:)
This is right, none of us are a blog factory, we can only do what we can do with the time we have. I do appreciate everyone who enjoys my blog but it isn’t always easy and considering you’re a blogger (i know you would understand where I am coming from), lol

  1. As someone who has anxiety too I totally get what you mean. I used make too many goals and try to do too much and just please everyone and then I realized all I was achieving from that was me being exhausted and unhappy. You should just do things at your pace and make sure you’re happy 🙂

    1. You used to make tons of goals too, in order to please others and keep up with everyone else? it is hard work. I mean especially keeping up with other bloggers and YouTubers, at first it was no big deal, but now, it just sucks having to constantly move at the speed of light. I just want to slow down and do my own thing.

    2. Yeah I mean I just blog and I still have a hard time doing that and doing my own thing. I think my personality is just that I’m kind of a people pleasure which can be exhausting and I even got depressed for a while (like a few years ago) and I kind of just had to learn to make sure I come first because honestly that’s the only way you’ll feel satisfied. You should just ty to do things at your pace because honestly there is no way you can please everybody and if you need to take a break you should go ahead and do it. I mean you’re only human and there is only so much you can do

    3. I didn’t know all this. Maybe I am a people pleasure too? I decided that I will go my own pace. LOL. if I am slow, oh well! hahaa if it takes me a year to write, that is cool too! if you don’t hear from me in a long time, that is cool too! XD

    4. Lol yeah totally! Just go at your own pace and do what you enjoy because after all this is your blog! I kind of think most people with anxiety are people pleasers on the inside and that’s why we drive ourselves crazy to make everything around us perfect. But that’s just my opinion 🙂

  2. You have a freestyle spirit, I think, to your stuff. What if you dedicated a day or so to writing and videos then scheduled stuff? That would definitely take the pressure off creating every day. Of course, there’s still the daily comments and replies but they’re easier than creating content all the time.

    1. Hahah I have never heard of a “Freestyle” spirit, what does that mean? like what does it entail? are you a freestyle spirit as well?
Like make each day for different content and videos or make one day dedicated to both and then .. still reply to comments/likes?

    2. Freestyle as in spontaneous and less planning in advance.
I’m cool and unconventional but not freestyle although I’m highly adaptable to the moment (see above “cool and unconventional.”)
What I mean is, spend time creating your content for several days. Like do a handful of short topic Tuesday videos then schedule them for the weeks ahead.
Maybe you do that or maybe you hate that but it’s how I keep things manageable. Also, it doesn’t mean you can’t be spontaneous or change things if needed.

    3. Oh is that what you do? I didn’t know that is how you plan your content? I thought it was off a whim, like myself? LOL. I have heard of people doing this whole planning thing, I may need to try it!

    4. I have to plan in advance because I don’t have time most days. I have posts scheduled into mid-December.
I guess that kind of takes away the magic, doesn’t it ?

    5. Seriously!?! omg! I couldn’t imagine someone actually inspiring you to write about fitness, pft. probably that Shay-lon girl.. she gets people every time! XD Although can’t say I am disappointed if you do write about it.
