I remember sharing with all of you that I wanted to start a podcast using sound cloud months ago and well finally I had the chance to do it and today was the second podcast and first topic. For those of you who will be interested in my podcast, I want to give you the inside scoop on what to expect on it so nothing comes as a surprise.
- Fitness Advice/Tips
- Motivation/inspiration
- interviews
- Life – general things
- relationships – the good and bad
- gay community (discussing my sexuality and other topics surrounding it)
- Q & A – question and answer
- Current events
Then if this should grow, I will expand on the podcast and introduce more things that might become of interest to others. I will have a schedule on which days I discuss what and will reveal that schedule within the next couple of days hopefully because I want it to be organized and it will allow you to tune in to whatever you have interest in. I have been wanting to start a second YouTube channel to put the audio on, but I am having issues with that at the moment so maybe down the road, I can find a way to add them to a YouTube channel; for now I will share on my blog and other social media outlets. I appreciate all of you for your patience and support.
P.S
I will be starting a second blog that is NOT fitness/health related at some point and will also share that URL with you when it is up and running. I will continue to keep this blog regardless of starting a new one and will continue to post on this blog.
Hey brother! Let me know if you want or need a podcast guest! I’m up for it.

Hey Shay-lon! I love your podcast it was so awesome and motivating! I have always been on the chubby side where I’m not fat but I’m definitely thin so I had kind of a hard time growing up and I am so happy I’m finally at a place where I am fine with my weight and I’m eating healthy and trying to keep active with Yoga and stuff. But I still sometimes feel like I don’t like how I look, I think I just have that mentality now that I’m fat or I’m not thin enough and even though it’s something I’ve been working on it is hard to accept my body the way it is. Plus, I think external factors have a lot to do with body image too. I think you just have to do your own thing and work hard till you look how YOU feel comfortable looking not what others expect you to look like. And yes TRY as much as you can! What if you wake up in 10 years and hate yourself for never trying anything? I would rather try and fail than not bother trying because I think that’s equivalent to failing anyway.

Agreed.
I believe that not trying at all is like giving up and when you give up is when you fail at something. We have all been there, where we find something wrong with our bodies, or a flaw that nags at us. I know I have had those issues for a long time. I know people who have taken Yoga and swear by it and if that is what is working for you then by all means I say continue doing it, it is very important to take care of yourself and find something that makes you feel comfortable in your skin and challenges you to want to continue taking care of yourself. I don’t want anyone to become obsessed with their physique but I want people to know that if you don’t like what you see in the mirror, like I did, then you have to be the one to choose how to change that if possible because otherwise you will just be gloom and living in your own misery. thank you for sharing some feedback, I appreciate it.
I did another podcast series today but I won’t post it on this blog because it is not fitness/health oriented but hopefully if I start that second blog , then it can shared on there.

Yeah definitely it’s important not to be obsessed with your body to a point where it turns into bigorexia but you do need to take care of yourself and be at a place where you can love what you see in the mirror. Yeah Yoga helps because it helps with my body as well as my mind and it helps me calm down too because I have a really overactive mind.
Yeah I am actually listening to the new podcast on your second blog!!
