This is my review on a product that I had gotten while at the Arnold Classic.
I am going to continue to reviews , tomorrow will be one on a pre-workout (but will also continue with my vlogging and workout videos as per usual on YouTube)
If any of you have tried this particular product, let me know what you think in the comments and feel free to share this video on social media!
You can assume I have a love for fitness & a love for Wonderwoman -- both assumptions are correct.
I am an ACSM certified personal trainer of 8+ years -- I currently reside in Ohio and live a simplistic life at the age of 29. If I am not lifting, I am eating, sleeping, traveling, exploring, or movie watching. I recently moved during a pandemic, now I am focused on self care (self love), building a business of my own in personal training, becoming a professional blogger, starting a podcast and doing things that make me happy! I am a sister, daughter, and loyal friend --- I love everyone's dog and I am on a mission to pet as many dogs as possible everywhere I go! LOL.
My mission is to talk health (physical/mental), design programming, motivational speak, learn, grow, prosper, build others and make as many people smile as possible because I want nothing more than to be the change I seek in the world.

You make your own protein bars and pudding? WHAT?! you might be the first person I have heard do that. I was meaning to get some protein bars at the store today, right? well after looking at the ones the store had to offer, I realized, they might have higher grams of protein but DAMN THE SUGAR IS HIGH too! LOL! I like sugar, don’t get me wrong and I realize it wouldn’t taste as good without it sometimes but jeez, some of them were at 23 g or higher.. made my eyes go inside my head internally! lmaao
I have a recipe on my site for the bars but they are not low sugar. Pudding is easy you just put the powder in a bowl with a little bit of water or cream. A thicker protein that has casein or milk protein works better for the pudding though.
Oh pudding is made just like that and you don’t add sugar to it? or can I? lol.
It is okay, I like sugar but just was making an observation while shopping today 🙂 I will take some time either today or tomorrow to look at your bar recipe chef.
Have tried the unflavored one. Was okay

Unflavored? hmm , okay, maybe I might give that one a try! would you recommend it? did it have some the same nutritional values?

A little less fat and carbs. Used it more for baking since the taste as you can imagine leaves little to be desired.
