Hey everyone, I have started a shred/cut program with a fellow YouTuber from a program she found on Bodybuilding.com.
It is only a 6 week program but to lengthen it, we will be doing it twice. Fun!

Knowing that I have been blogging for almost 2 years and how much my own work has paid off, and the opportunities I was given.
The ones who have started from the bottom to make a name for themselves – gained success and have created a slight possibility of change in the world.
Me. I have to have my own source of motivation for my writing because I have learned when relying on others to keep me motivated – when they give up, I want to give up to.. and so I decided I have to do this for me.
Blog Followers/Social media Followers/YouTube subscribers – all of you give me something to work towards.
My World Improving Action:
I am not sure what the big scheme of things I want to do for the world, I just have dreams that create small ideas that will hopefully become my reality. People always say they want to change the world for the better and being something positive for others to look up to BUT I don’t want people to look up to me, because I don’t want to be anyone’s role model, I just want to be a reason behind someone’s good day, someone’s extra boost of confidence, someone’s friend when they are friendless, someones’ help when they need it, someone’s reason to keep going when shit gets tough, because with the world the way it is sometimes.. I have to believe everyone at some point in their life needs a someone who can be one of those things.

This is just a short segment of me demonstrating the shoulder press with dumbbells. I am using 20 lb dumbbells in each hand and did 3 x 10. For the sake of the video, I only show one set of this exercise. Enjoy!
