Keep motivating me and cheering me on, I will need all of you! As time progresses the amount of reps will increase and it will start to be harder for me, but I will not give up and I will take this challenge and prevail πŸ™‚ Thank you for all your support

You can assume I have a love for fitness & a love for Wonderwoman -- both assumptions are correct. I am an ACSM certified personal trainer of 8+ years -- I currently reside in Ohio and live a simplistic life at the age of 29. If I am not lifting, I am eating, sleeping, traveling, exploring, or movie watching. I recently moved during a pandemic, now I am focused on self care (self love), building a business of my own in personal training, becoming a professional blogger, starting a podcast and doing things that make me happy! I am a sister, daughter, and loyal friend --- I love everyone's dog and I am on a mission to pet as many dogs as possible everywhere I go! LOL. My mission is to talk health (physical/mental), design programming, motivational speak, learn, grow, prosper, build others and make as many people smile as possible because I want nothing more than to be the change I seek in the world.

    1. Yay!
Thank you for the positive vibes! definitely needed!!! Today really challenged me mentally to pull through, even though it was 5 more than yesterday, it just seemed like it was further away from the goal lol

    2. Holy Wow! Is it harder for you to run in the snowy weather, do you like it? I feel like I would freeze lol haha! I know your body temp will heat up, but I do horribly working out in the outside cold weather. I am proud of you for getting in your track workout too, because I would be indoors! hahaha

    1. Well when you do your squats challenge, I feel compelled to match or exceed your total. My ego makes me want to prove I can keep up. But now I’m concerned if it’s going to kill me.

  1. Have you ever done that thing where you stare at something for over 5 minutes and then, when you close your eyes, you keep seeing what you were staring at?
