You can assume I have a love for fitness & a love for Wonderwoman -- both assumptions are correct.
I am an ACSM certified personal trainer of 8+ years -- I currently reside in Ohio and live a simplistic life at the age of 29. If I am not lifting, I am eating, sleeping, traveling, exploring, or movie watching. I recently moved during a pandemic, now I am focused on self care (self love), building a business of my own in personal training, becoming a professional blogger, starting a podcast and doing things that make me happy! I am a sister, daughter, and loyal friend --- I love everyone's dog and I am on a mission to pet as many dogs as possible everywhere I go! LOL.
My mission is to talk health (physical/mental), design programming, motivational speak, learn, grow, prosper, build others and make as many people smile as possible because I want nothing more than to be the change I seek in the world.

Happy National Food Day!!! Anything that has cheese is my favourite food ๐
I am lactose intolerant but I eat the dairy anyways and deal with the consequences. lol The only dairy product I choose to not eat much of (on rare occasions is ice cream) because it can really tear my stomach up and make me bloated and gassing.
Oh man that sucks but it’s good you don’t have a horrible reaction to it in general plus you can get a lot of dairy free options these days! I don’t really eat any dairy anymore except cheese. I feel like it’s very hard to find a good vegan cheese substitute.
My wife and I are headed out to the barbecue joint for the season end party with my cycling club. Brisket or pulled pork sammich and some mashed potatoes and…. GRAVY! Can’t wait.
Wow! really Jim!
You just had to have the good stuff.. huh! can’t even hold make the tears im crying right now of wanting a plate of your bbq food but realizing it won’t happen. Did the party go over well?
Btw, what do you do when winter comes, do you still ride or just find other modes of exercise?

I was told this as well (hard to find good vegan cheese alternatives) and most of them that are vegan cheeses don’t taste very good.

Yeah they always taste just a little off although I feel like Daiya cheese is the closest thing I’ve had to real cheese.

Do you eat them as a hershey bar too, the almond hershey bars?

Not the Hershey bar
Just the chocolate covered almonds because theyโre almonds in every bite ๐

Kale salads as a healthy food and tacos as my unhealthy food. Tacos can be healthy though!

It did, thanks. For winter, it’s 45 minutes a day on the trainer and push ups, a couple hundred a day.
