I am a sister, daughter, and loyal friend --- I love everyone's dog and I am on a mission to pet as many dogs as possible everywhere I go! LOL.

Be very wary of your volume on a deload week, the cardio stuff was fine but just remember that you’re trying to deload your nervous system too, not just your musculoskeletal. Otherwise have a great day! 🙂
