You can assume I have a love for fitness & a love for Wonderwoman -- both assumptions are correct.
I am an ACSM certified personal trainer of 8+ years -- I currently reside in Ohio and live a simplistic life at the age of 29. If I am not lifting, I am eating, sleeping, traveling, exploring, or movie watching. I recently moved during a pandemic, now I am focused on self care (self love), building a business of my own in personal training, becoming a professional blogger, starting a podcast and doing things that make me happy! I am a sister, daughter, and loyal friend --- I love everyone's dog and I am on a mission to pet as many dogs as possible everywhere I go! LOL.

Can you do a beginnets guide for the unfit lazy person aka me in how to lose that fatty tummy. Now my tummy isnt that huge.. but sometimes…
I was looking at myself i am actually slim but my tummy… and i an vegeterian… or is it age
Haha! of course I can do a guide for beginners, a good idea actually 🙂
Women typically hold more fat than men, that’s for starters, but besides that, tummy fat can happen due to that is where your body distributes the most fat, it can be from lack of core strength , it can be from eating an abundance of food and allowing it to sit without exercise or physical activity, it could be genetics (maybe your family all has this same issue), it can be from being bloated and not drinking enough water. Many things could be the root cause. Age also plays a part because when we age, we tend to have less muscle density and it makes it harder for us to lose weight.
