If you ran away, where would you go?

  • Funny thing is, I have given this question much thought in the past. I have decided I would choose someplace that nobody knows me, it would be almost like starting over & I would want someplace that gives me a sense of adventure and with diversity. Hopefully if I ran away, it would eventually lead me someplace I could call home or at least feel at ease about. 
Has this ever crossed your mind, where would you want to go if you ran away?

What was the happiest moment of your life?

  • I don’t think I have a happiest moment of my life yet, I mean I have had happy moments, but to say they are the happiest moments, I don’t know. I don’t feel that I have lived long enough and I haven’t really experienced everything that is on my goal list of things I want to do. Not every happy moment has been my happiest moments, some of my achievements aren’t even a happiest moment for me, maybe I am reading into this further than I should but I don’t feel as though I have had my happiest moment yet — but I have had plenty of happy moments.

  • Band Abduction:4 x 25, green band

Workout:

  • Sumo Deadlift: 5 x 5 x 75%, 215 lbs
  • Barbell back squat: 5 x 5 x 75%, 170 lbs
  • Box squats: 5 x 5, 200 lbs

Superset:

  • EZ bar goodmorning: 5 x 5, 60 lbs
  • Glute bridges (weighted): 5 x 5, 50 lbs

Bench Week 5

Day One Of Week 5

Warm up:

  • DB chest press: 4 x 25, 30 lbs
  • EZ bar bentover rows: 4 x 25, 20 lbs
  • Triceps extension machine: 4 x 25, 35 lbs

Workout:

  • Barbell bench press: 5 x 10 x 60%, 75 lbs

Superset:

  • DB bench press: 5 x 10, 50 lbs, 60 lbs, 70 lbs
  • Barbell bentover row: 5 x 10, 65 lbs, 75 lbs, 80 lbs

Superset:

  • Smith machine one handed row: 5 x 10, 50 lbs
  • Floor row: 5 x 10, 100 lbs, 110 lbs

Superset:

  • Assisted dips: 5 x 10, 90 lbs
  • Wide grip assisted pull ups: 5 x 10, 100 lbs, 110 lbs, 120 lbs
Cardio:
  • Stair stepper: 8 minutes, level 8
