You can assume I have a love for fitness & a love for Wonderwoman -- both assumptions are correct. I am an ACSM certified personal trainer of 8+ years -- I currently reside in Ohio and live a simplistic life at the age of 29. If I am not lifting, I am eating, sleeping, traveling, exploring, or movie watching. I recently moved during a pandemic, now I am focused on self care (self love), building a business of my own in personal training, becoming a professional blogger, starting a podcast and doing things that make me happy! I am a sister, daughter, and loyal friend --- I love everyone's dog and I am on a mission to pet as many dogs as possible everywhere I go! LOL. My mission is to talk health (physical/mental), design programming, motivational speak, learn, grow, prosper, build others and make as many people smile as possible because I want nothing more than to be the change I seek in the world.

    1. Well, I don’t like calling it a diet, that word kills my soul but it is what it is, I guess I am just using my macros (as you may already be aware of) and it has been a uphill battle but nothing too crazy, YET! lol. I have been focusing more on macros than I have ever done in the past, so this is kind of new to me. I don’t normally have this cut program (I went on a whim) and found something and decided to give it a go, so this is me trying something new for my goals and seeing where it gets me! 😀 I am on a rollercoaster ride of adventure.

    3. Kevin,
Thank you for your positive vibes, I need that and appreciate it very much! this isn’t hard but as a bodybuilder you would understand yourself, I am sure, because I would assume you do cuts quite often when necessary! I never realize how difficult it can be until I started.

    4. You know what? this is a crazy question because I don’t really have an idol in regards to things, I just look up to people who have either been a significanance in life (in a positive way, people who are making/creating good changes in the world, someone who has done something that has made me motivated or inspired me and honestly that is a lot of poeple 😀
