What habit would you most like to break?

  • I have a bad habit of going days without drinking any liquids (bad habit) and very unhealthy way of living. I can’t tell you why for sure, I just never feel thirsty enough to react; and the only time I actually know when I am near dehydration is after I analyze my urine and realize how yellow it is — gross. So now I have made it a part of my everyday mission to drink fluids and drink “enough” fluids. I’ve been doing much better and feeling much better now that I have kicked this bad habit! yay!

I have been thinking about either starting a third blog — life hacks, finances, adulting probs, lifestyle, travels, etc. & I want to know if my readers would prefer it on a separate blog much like how my LGBTQ is separate or would you rather it be on this blog in a category of its own? I already have a name for the blog 🙂

  • body bar hip thrusters: 4 x 25, 9 lbs
  • band clam shell: 4 x 25, red band
  • body bar goodmorning: 4 x 25, 9 lbs

Workout:

  • Sumo deadlift (90%) 4 x 5-6, 260 lbs
  • Barbell squat (90%) 4 x 5-6, 200 lbs
  • OHS: 4 x 5-6, 80 lbs
  • Box squat: 4 x 5-6, 205 lbs

Tri-set:

  • back extension with plate: 4 x5-6, 45 lbs
  • Kettlebell goblet squat: 4 x 5-6, 20 kg
  • DB bulgarian squats: 4 x 5-6, 50 lbs

Cardio sess:

  • Stair stepper: 20 minutes total. 
  • level 7: 10 minutes
  • level 8: 10 minutes

  • Barbell bench press: 4 x 2-3 (90%) 115 lbs

  • DB incline press: 4 x 5-6, 70 lbs
  • Plate front raises: 4 x 5-6, 35 lbs

Tri-sets:

  • DB shoulder press: 4 x 5-6, 60 lbs
  • DB floor press: 4 x 5-6, 70 lbs, 60 lbs
  • Seated DB bentover reverse fly: 4 x 5-6, 30 lbs

Tri-sets:

  • Lying DB chest fly: 4 x 5-6, 40 lbs
  • Seated lateral raises: 4 x 5-6, 20 lbs
  • One arm DB chest press: 4 x 5-6, each arm. 30 lbs

Cardio sess:

  • Spin bike: 20 minutes, gear 6

365 days of self discovery: day 25

Who would you most love to meet?

  • To be honest, anyone from a period of time whom suffered from moderate to severe forms of adversity or was part of the civil rights movement. Some of which would include: Martin Luther King Jr, Maya Angelou, Rosa Parks, Malcom X, Emmett Till, President John F Kennedy, Booker T Washington, Thurgood Marshall, etc just to name a few people. I think the experience would be 100 percent worth it to thank them for fighting for our rights to be treated equal and standing up against whats’s wrong, even if it meant they would die doing so. I named Emmett Till because I would have been a honor to meet someone who was a child in that time period. that experienced many things wrong before his death — to have heard him speak on things that he endured and what kept him from sinking and losing faith, even with everything going against him at such a young age.
